Your Role at Relatient: 

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting at Relatient, with a primary focus on technical hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, managing candidate pipelines, maintaining stakeholder communication, tracking recruiting metrics, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from intake through offer stage.

Our office is located in Amar Tech Park, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Lead full-desk recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and dispositioning.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, especially technical leaders, to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and manage recruiting expectations.
• Source, engage, and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit primarily for technical roles while supporting non-technical hiring needs when workload, business priorities, or team capacity require additional support.
• Help support recruiting operations, including coordination with local stakeholders and alignment to role-specific market and business needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate candidate activity, requisition updates, notes, dispositions, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Use recruiting dashboards, reports, and pipeline data to communicate status, identify bottlenecks, and support hiring decisions.
• Provide consistent, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Relatient when engaging candidates, hiring teams, and external partners. 
• Provide occasional recruitment support for US-based hiring needs, as required by the business, while maintaining a primary focus on India talent acquisition.

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5+ years of full-desk recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview process support, offer coordination, and candidate closing.
• Proven technical recruiting experience with the ability to understand and discuss technical roles, skill sets, and hiring needs with technical leaders.
• Experience supporting a mix of technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced, scaling, or high-volume environment preferred.
• Experience supporting recruiting needs across globally distributed teams.
• Strong Applicant Tracking System experience, including requisition management, candidate data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience with demonstrated ability to build Boolean searches, engage passive talent, and maintain talent pipelines.
• Ability to translate hiring manager needs into effective sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and recruiting action plans.
• Strong reporting, organization, follow-through, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.

• Requisitions are supported with targeted sourcing strategies and qualified candidate pipelines.
• ATS data is accurate, timely, and audit-ready, enabling reliable reporting and visibility into recruiting activity.
• Candidates receive timely communication and a consistent, positive experience throughout the process.
• Recruiting needs are supported through strong coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational follow-through.
